What are your fees?
Our fees are variable. Commission is typically 10% of the gross sale of your business. If your financials need to be compiled and recreated, there may be up-front fees for this service.
Who handles negotiations?
You as a maritime business owner always know more about your business and vessels than anyone. We will set up inspections of all vessels and when this takes place, we always recommend owner to be there to discuss things about vessels and other assets.
How do you valuate my maritime business?
We typically use a multiplier of the Net Operating Income. However, if there is a large concentration of risk around a few contracts as opposed to multiple contracts, this could affect the value.
